Do you contact my creditors?
That depends on the service you choose. If you elect to administer a debt resolution plan, then Acredex will submit electronic or written repayment proposals on your behalf based on creditor policies. If you elect budget planning or debt payment acceleration planning, Acredex does not contact creditors on your behalf.
