1. Who We Are. Acredex is a financial education and service company that offers individualized coaching and consulting services to those who want to enhance or improve their current state of financial health and well-being. Acredex puts forth every effort (ie: physically, electronically and procedurally) to ensure that your financial information is kept confidential and secure at all times.

2. Information We Collect. There are several areas on our web site where you may be asked to enter information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, financial goals and objectives as well as information pertaining to your income and indebtedness including balances and interest rates. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except as authorized by you or as may be required by law or court order.

3. How your information is used. We use the information you provide on our web forms to match you to the service or program or any combination of the two offered by our organization that appears best aligned with your specific situation, goals and objectives.

Sharing information with other third parties. Acredex employees are strictly held to standards outlined in our Employee/Company Confidentiality Policy, which includes disciplinary action for knowingly or unknowingly revealing information of a confidential nature. Clients can expect that all of their business information will be kept absolutely confidential and secure from threats or unauthorized access. We do not release nonpublic individual information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law without your permission.

Again, we do not share any of your information with third parties unless we receive express written permission from you.

4. How to safely use external links found on our site. Our website contains links to other sites that we feel may be of use or benefit to our clients. These links include links to chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups. Acredex is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas may become public information and you should exercise extreme caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

5. Notification of Changes to Privacy Policy

We may unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new privacy policy on the Site. Be sure to check the current terms of any privacy policy in effect by visiting this Site. By checking the effective date of the policy, you will be immediately alerted on whether the Privacy Policy has been amended. Please note however, that all amended terms, or the new privacy policy shall automatically become effective 30 days after initial posting.

From time to time, we may use your information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Please note that if our information practices change at some time in the future, we will use only data collected from the time of the new privacy policy amendment forward for those new purposes.
